তাই স্থানীয় উপাদানগুলোর বিষয়ে জানাতে বাজারে ঘুরা দিয়ে সফর শুরু হয়। এখানে আপনি বেসিক রান্না শিখতে পারবেন যেগুলোতে উপাদানগুলো স্বাদ বাড়ানোর জন্য দরকার।  পরের অংশটি এর প্রস্তুত করা শিখবেন।


 

আপনি বিভিন্ন খাবার সম্পর্কে জানতে পারবেন।  তারপরে আপনি খাবার তৈরি করতে শিখবেন (৪ টি মেইন কোর্স   ১টি থাই ডেজার্ট +১টি থাই স্নাক) ।



চিয়াং মাইয়ের সেরা কিকিং ক্লাসে মজাদাএ খবার দিয়ে দুপুরের খাবার আর চা দেওয়া হবে। আপনি আপনার তৈরি খাবারগুলোর স্বাদ নেওয়ার সুযোগও পাবেন। ক্লাস শেষ হওয়ার পরে আপনি একটি সুন্দর রঙিন রেসিপি বই পাবেন।

খোলার সময়: সকাল ৮ টা থেকে রাত ৮টা

শুরু: সকাল ৯ টা

শেষ: দুপুর ১টা  ।

Morning
9:00AM- Pick up at the hotel by an English instructor and being transferred by van to nong hoi local market. Spend about 40 minutes joining the group purchasing fresh ingredients (Chicken, Prawns, herbs & vegetables) for the class as well as learning to know about tropical vegetation’s which is quite interesting
09:50AM- Continue to BaanHong Hual, situated on Chiangmai- Lam Pang Road, only about 15 minutes away from the market.
10:15AM- Arrive and get briefly introduction of Baan Hong Nual which is an open kitchen in Lanna Thai style. All Students will be then given given aprons and headdresses as cooking uniforms.
10:30AM- Wash hands and get yourself ready for the 1st menu. However, before you start cooking first of all you would be introduced about all the kitchen utensils as well as the seasonings, normally need in the Thai cuisine. Secondly, you’ll be shown how to prepare all the ingredients also how to cook. During the class the instructor still teach you intentionally step by step. After the 1st menu is done, you’ll be given a time to taste how delicious is your food.
11:00AM- Continue cooking the 2nd dish that needs about 30 minutes to finishing including preparing, cooking and tasting.
11:30AM: Take a small break for about 15 minutes for some tea, coffee or herbal drinks (Complimentary by the school). Or student can spend time to walk around seeing herbal & vegetable plantations as well as different kinds of fruits like Longan, Mango, Rose apple, Guava, Lychees& jack fruit.

Lunch
12:00- Back to the class again for the 3rd and the 4th dishes (Normally the Thai curry & dessert).
12:00PM- Some steamed rice will be served with curry then follow by a dessert.

Afternoon
13:20PM- When the class is over, cook books in English version with color pictures will be given to all students.
13:00PM- Thanks and say goodbye to each other then transfer back to the hotel.

Important remark: Children must be come with parent, we do not operate only children.
